How
it works:

You pick a price range of a home that you are qualified to purchase.
If not sure we can assist you in getting pre-qualified.

then give us a wish list of your wants and needs, ie. 4-Bed, 2.5-Bath,
downstairs bedroom, large pool sized lot, view, etc…

We
will then match you up and get you registered with the builders that
best fit your criteria. This is a free, no obligation, mandatory process
the builders requires, in order to get your name on their list.

Next we will set a time to have you meet at our office, park your
car, and we will drive you to each of the New Housing Tracks for a
model tour.

When
you find a home you like we will assist you walking thru the necessary
steps the builder will want you to take.

All
our services are totally free to you.

represent you, not the builder, as to look out for your best
interest.

are in contact with the sales offices weekly to get updated price
lists, notices of any possible cancellations on lots, new phase releases,
etc…
